- Focaccia
- Speck ham
- Mozzarella di buffala
- Cherry tomatoes
- Lamb's lettuce or baby greens
- Balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps
- Toast the focaccia for about 4-6 minutes at 250°C, then leave to cool.
- Once cooled, carefully cut the pinsa in half lengthways, creating two equal parts.
- Place slices of speck ham, pieces of drained mozzarella, slices of cherry tomatoes and a handful of lamb's lettuce for freshness.
- Drizzle the garnish with extra virgin olive oil and add a few drops of velvety balsamic vinegar for an explosion of balanced flavours.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Carefully place the second half of the pinsa on top of the filling, forming a delicious sandwich.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the stuffed pinsa into individual portions, ready to eat.
